I was happily reading comments on a Masonic facebook group when I came across this post from a facebook user who goes by the name Michael Stewart. He said
What immediately came to mind is Freedom of Speech. Are public murder threats like this protected by the First Amendment? Below is a screenshot of the youtube video he posted. Brethren, what do you think of this?

Surely Freedom of speech doesn't go this far. This threat to murder isn't even veiled. People have been arrested for far less.
